Hilary is now a recognizable face among medical professionals across the Buffalo area. She was featured on the cover of Buffalo Physician magazine. This helps attest to the reality that Hilary is a medical student (if there were any doubts).

Funny thing is that Hilary didn’t know she was on the cover until her friends/co-workers began mentioning it. There was no call from the photographer, or the magazine itself. I’d like to know how they’re allowed to run an image with no consent from the subject. Hilary was in the lab on the UB campus at the time. My only answer is that the lab is considered a public area which you have the right to photograph.

Regardless, nobody is upset. Just an interesting situation. It would have been courteous of them to let her know, yeah?
